1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
½ cup of diced tomatoes, diced
¼ cup of red onion, diced fine
2 tbsp of finely chopped jalapeno pepper
¼ cup of minced fresh cilantro
1 small lime zested
1 small lime juiced
1/8 tsp ground cumin
Dash of salt
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until serving.
